Tank Layout and Capacities

BoatExec enables you to keep track of your tank levels, manifold settings, fuel and water consumption. You can specify the layout of your fuel and water tanks.  Imagine the bow of your boat at the top of the page and the stern at the bottom.  Check each box in the Fuel Tank section to match as closely as possible the layout of your fuel tanks.  Do the same for your water tanks.  As you check each box, you open the fields at the bottom of the form where you specify the capacity of each tank.  BoatExec uses this layout to keep track of the amount of fuel and water you have available as load and unload them.

When you select "gallons" from this form, all capacities and measurements on the boat will default to US gallons.  When you select "liters" then all capacities and measurements for this boat will default to metric measurements.  You can change this selection at any time and all existing data will be converted automatically.
